Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Manufacturing Time

Because Extreme Sports India operates as a direct manufacturer:

• Standard Products: Processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

• Custom / Made-to-Order Jerseys: Take 5 to 7 business days for custom sublimated printing, cutting, stitching, and quality inspection prior to dispatch.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines

• Domestic Shipping (India): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination pin code.

• Delivery Timeline: Standard domestic delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch across major cities. Delivery to remote or regional areas may take up to 10 business days.

• Express Delivery: Available upon request for urgent tournament/team orders by contacting customer support before ordering.

3. Order Tracking

Once your shipment leaves our facility, you will automatically receive an SMS and email containing your tracking ID and logistics courier link.

4. Non-Delivery & Failed Courier Attempts

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the customer is unreachable, provides an incorrect address/phone number, or refuses delivery, the package will return to our facility.

• Re-shipping costs for returned packages due to customer error must be borne by the customer before re-dispatch.
